Mama’s Fertility Prep

Mama’s Fertility Prep is a class combining yoga, meditation and nutrition guidance for women preparing to become pregnant. Using fundamental principles of Ayurveda, women are led through breathing techniques, yoga and meditation practices, and nutrition recommendations for their unique constitutions in a peaceful, calm and supportive environment as they prepare their minds and bodies for motherhood.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal classes provide a serene, supportive space for expectant mothers. These classes include postures, breathing and meditation to help soothe the challenges of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Mamas have an opportunity to connect with themselves, their baby and local women in their community during the amazing journey of motherhood.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga class continue to guide mamas gracefully through the beautiful journey of motherhood with the same supportive elements provided in Prenatal Yoga classes. These classes focus on rebuilding strength and energy, easing soreness and allowing mama time to rebalance with relaxation poses and calming breath work. Classes include asana yoga poses designed specifically for the abdomen, back and pelvic muscles and restorative poses to release tension in the neck and shoulders, open the chest, relax and rejuvinate. This class is a wonderful way to find a harmonious balance with the new responsibilities of being a mother.

Kids Yoga & Mindfulness

Kids Yoga & Meditation classes are fun, educational and influential as little ones develop a deeper sense of who they are while growing and strengthening their bodies. Classes include breathing techniques, yoga poses and guided meditation, intertwining yoga philosophy and fun games into the practice! Parents always welcome to join their little ones in class!*Designed for ages 6-11

Guided Meditation

Creating a meditation practice has a powerful impact on the mind and body, helping to rewire the brain and bringing benefits, such as contentment and well-being, resilience and focus, better mental and physical health, and greater empathy and compassion.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga classes offer a slower flowing yoga class where poses are held longer with particular attention to anatomy, alignment and breath. Philosophy and mindfulness meditation are gentle woven into each class to support the practice and create the opportunity for the practitioner to create a deeper personal connection, awareness and understanding of their own mind, body, breath and spirit.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle yoga class that uses props to support the body as it eases into rest, relaxation and balance. Students are guided into poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices and encouraged to move slowly with awareness to let the body, mind and spirit attain a deep state of rest and peace. Accessible to all levels, this wonderful and rejuvenating practice is for those healing from a physical injury, emotional distress or simply wanting to let go of the stress of every day life.
