This special gathering offers mothers a unique opportunity to move, meditate and connect with their fellow mothers. Each gathering will promote a different theme relating to motherhood. Flowing through a thoughtful yoga class and guided meditation, mothers will enjoy a little quiet time of reflection and introspection. Following class, mothers will be able to gather and connect, sharing experiences, knowledge and wisdom with one another. Colie welcomes all mothers to class, with special modifications for pregnant and postpartum mamas!
