High-Altitude Gardening in Utah is a class designed for students who are interested in and passionate about learning how to grow vegetables, herbs or flowers in a high-altitude garden successfully. Students will learn tactics for growing plants in Utah’s specific climate, how to feed and maintain healthy soil, water resourcefully and sustainably, and how to use the sun most efficiently.
