Creating a Native & Waterwise Landscape in partnership with the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter

In this class, students will learn about different varieties of native and waterwise perennials and the important role they play in our high-altitude desert ecosystem. Find out which of your favorites will do best in your landscape with an opportunity to view several of the varieties covered in class. Detailed handouts will be included for students to take home, and students will have the opportunity to plan their own waterwise garden. After the lecture, students can participate in a discussion and Q&A.
