Colie is excited to be working in partnership with Summit Community Gardens to offer our local community spring gardening classes. The Seed Starting Workshop is a hands-on workshop designed for students who want to start their own seedlings at home or in a greenhouse to be used as transplants in the spring. We will go over which vegetables grow well in our climate, which will do best planted as transplants or directly seeded into your garden. We will also discuss where transplants can be purchased locally and what to look for when purchasing them.
